Refund Policy

Every video costs us money to generate as soon as it is made, so refunds follow these rules. They apply to all PhotoSway purchases.

Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, or the AI model rejects your photo (for example because a person is in it), the credit is returned to you automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Not happy with a result

Each finished video uses one credit, and making it again uses another credit. Credits used on finished videos can't be refunded, even if you don't like the result.

Unused packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment. Packs with one or more credits used are not refundable.

Download unlock ($2.99)

The unlock gives you the download of a video you have already watched, so it is not refundable once the download works. If the download does not work and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the email you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Waffo, and any unused credits from that pack are removed.
