Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

The service

PhotoSway is an independent product that turns your photos into short animated videos using third-party AI video models. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider. Results are AI-generated and can vary.

Acceptable use

You may only upload photos that you took or have permission to use. You must not upload, request or generate:

• nudity, sexual, sexually suggestive or explicit content of any kind;
• any content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive way;
• face swaps, deepfakes or edits meant to impersonate or deceive;
• photos of other people without their consent;
• violent, hateful, harassing or illegal content;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

Prompts and uploads are screened automatically. We may block requests, remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

Your content

You keep the rights to your photos and to the videos you create. You give us permission to process them only to create and deliver your animation.

Credits and payments

Paid credits will be sold as one-time packs through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Credits are used when a generation succeeds; failed generations do not use credits. Refund terms will be shown at checkout.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that every photo can be animated or that results will match your expectations.
